Recently, a member of the STC LinkedIn group asked the question: “What makes a good technical communicator, in ONE WORD?”
The answers were varied, interesting, often entertaining, and thoughtful. I’ve listed the various answers (without names) below. I didn’t delete duplicates, so you can see how often certain words came up. The biggest repeats seem to be curious and clarity.
