It was one year ago today that a young, fresh-faced, hip and happening guy name Kevin first walked through the hallowed doors of Stately STC Manor. 31 August 2009 was the dawning of a new day, the beginning of an era—the start of Your Friendly Neighborhood Blogger.
Now we’re at 31 August 2010. I’ve learned a lot over the last year and I’m sure I’ll learn a lot more going forward as well. The blog has evolved, as have I, and the blog will continue to evolve. I’ve seen what works well and what doesn’t work well. I have some new ideas and want to revisit some old ideas too. And I’m always open to hearing feedback, suggestions, ideas, complaints, and recipes. (Perhaps that can be a new feature? Recipe of the Week?)

Ditto what Bill said. I’ve visited the STC web site more this year (to keep up with the Notebook) than I think I did in my first twenty years.
